Zuet didn't found a record label. He built what he needed and never had.
Before running One Crown Records, Zuet was a producer — on the side that bills studio hours, not the side that signs the contracts. He lived the industry's real barriers up close: distributors that hold masters hostage, splits that get lost in spreadsheets, and labels that confuse "artist development" with dependency.
